Kalamata can really appreciate Chef John Fleer’s intention to create personal memories and shared experiences through food. By highlighting locally sourced ingredients at their uncomplicated best, her palate always gets excited at Rhubarb. Even though Kalamata knows that the Wood Roasted Bee Line Snapper is meant for two, she always has Al get stuffed on the delicious Heritage Pork Meatballs beforehand so gets even more. He doesn’t seem to mind.
