Tamarind Flavor of India
There’s something very special about eating Indian food with the family—it might be all the beautiful spices, the shared dishes from which everyone helps themselves, or the fact that she can eat so much of it with her hands, but Kalamata always loves visiting Tamarind. She only puts down the samosas, gobi Manchurian, or steamed idlys when the huge, magnificent paper dosa arrives at the table—crispy and delicate on the edges, she loves working her way to the center with the delicious chutneys on the table.

"The only thing better than eating at Tamarind is eating the leftover chickpea curry the next day!"
