French Restaurant
Bastille
What everybody can see immediately is the beautiful chandeliers, inviting outdoor patio with a fire pit, and signature subway tile you’d expect from a French-inspired bistro. But there’s a secret— the roof has a garden that takes up the entire building! Here they grow greens and herbs year round that don’t have to travel far at all to land on Kalamata’s plate. In the summer you can even take a tour, so Kalamata can see where the honey comes from that goes on the socca galette, which is a flatbread you would find served on the streets of Nice, France.

Kalamata Says
"When they make drinks, for kids or grown-ups, they get so excited to show off their fresh ingredients and impressive creativity. Mama tells them to go a little crazy and make something unique for her and a matching version for me and Al Dente."
