Katsu Burger

Burger Restaurant

On the wall, at the top of a burger-inspired mural with planes and monsters, it says “Raging through the wold on a rampage of delicious.” Al Dente is more likely to rampage than Kalamata, but it certainly made her curious about what she was about to experience. Kalamata learned that katsu means a patty of meat that has been pounded thin before it dives onto the grill to be cooked. They feature four different forms of katsu, including beef, all natural pork and chicken, and organic tofu. There are also four different kinds of fries, so the possibilities are endless!

Kalamata Says

"Even though Al Dente says I have a big mouth, it’s actually not true. So, I like to go with the original Tokyo Classic burger because I can fit all of the flavors in one, open-wide bite! When the Japanese mayo drips out on my plate, I’m always sure to dip my crispy fries in it. "
